Anthea Wynn
Anthea Wynn’s research for Aged Care Homes was given a strong reality check when she searched for an aged-care home for a family friend. She is also a part-time carer for her 93-year-old mother. But she is primarily an author who had her first article published in a local Melbourne newspaper when she was only 14.
After moving to the UK in the 1970s she spent 20 years in the consumer credit industry where latterly she became a freelance technical writer She was co-author of the text-book Principles and Practice of Consumer Credit Risk Management which was first published in the UK in 2000. This book won the UK’s credit industry ‘oscar’ for Best New Product of the Year in 2001 and remains the only book on the subject.
Anthea moved back to her home town Melbourne in 2005 and continues with her specialist writing.
